TOWSON,Md. - Baltimore County Police Tuesday night released the names of two men being held in a series of sexual assaults.
Kenyon Waller, 21, of the 3200 block of Westwood Avenue, 21216, has been charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, first degree assault, firearm use in a felony crime, and first degree rape. He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
William Campbell, 25, of the 4600 block of Pen Lucy Road, 21229, has been charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of first degree assault, two counts of firearm use in a felony crime, one count of first degree sex offense, and one count of first-degree rape. He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
