BALTIMORE - The suspect in a standoff that took place at a beer distribution facility in Dundalk Wednesday has been identified.
Officials with the Baltimore County Police Department say 32-year-old Clifton Rodney Duncan Jr. has been charged with first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property, five counts of false imprisonment and "other offenses."
Duncan is believed to have ended up at The Winner Distribution Company in Dundalk after a previous incident at the Kmart down the street. Officials believe he left the Kmart, broke into a home and then forced his way into the beer distribution company.
