A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in the August 19 death of man found shot in a Ramada Inn parking lot.
Officials with the Baltimore County Police Department say Savion Devante Moore has been charged with first degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Kelvin Glasgow.
Glasgow was found dead in the parking lot of the Ramada Inn off the Baltimore National Pike at approximately 1:33 a.m. on August 19. Officers were called to the Ramada on a report of a fight involving multiple people and guns.
Detectives learned that a large party was held at the hotel. They believe that guests at the party became unruly, and the hostess asked people to leave. They say several fights broke out in the parking lot as a result.
Investigators say surveillance cameras at the hotel show the suspect carrying and firing the weapon at the victim.
