PIKESVILLE, Md. - A Randallstown man was stabbed nine times at an apartment complex in Pikesville Thursday, according to a release from Baltimore County police.
The victim is expected to survive.
Police responded to the 8000 block of Mollye Road at the Owings Chase Apartments for an "unknown trouble call" at 5:39 a.m., the release states.
Officers found a 23-year-old Randallstown man who had been stabbed nine times. The victim and so far unnamed suspect were involved in an altercation before the stabbing, according to investigators.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, although his current condition is unknown, according to the release.
The investigation is ongoing.
