LOCHEARN, Md. (WMAR) - Baltimore County Police are investigating an incident involving an elementary school student who is reporting being assaulted by a stranger on his way to school.
The 10-year-old student at Woodmoor Elementary School says he was walking near Essex Road and Elba Drive around 8:25 a.m. on Wednesday morning, when an unknown man approached him and grabbed his jacket.
Police tell ABC2 News that the boy resisted the assault and ran to school. He reported the incident to school authorities.
The student is reported unharmed, and officers are continuing to investigate the incident.
Police are asking that anyone with information to call police at 410-307-2020.
