LANSDOWNE, Md, - Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged two people with a February murder.

Police arrested 23-year-old Keith Burgess and 20-year-old Damonya Cook, in connection with the February murder of Vincent Thomas.

On February 19, officers responded to a lot at the corner of Annapolis Road and Illinois Road for an unconscious subject call.

Once on the scene police found the body of Vincent Isiah Thomas, lying in a field at that location.

Thomas had multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was later deemed a homicide.

Investigators were able to determine that several days prior to the murder, Thomas and Cook had been involved in a physical confrontation.

Burgess was also present at the time of the fight.

Detectives believe that the murder was connected to that fight.

Burgess and Cook are both charged with first degree murder and are being held without bail.
