Men posing as police break into home

KINGSVILLE, Md. -  

Two armed men identifying themselves as police officers forced their way into a Kingsville home Monday morning.
 
According to Baltimore County Police, the two suspects forced their way into a residence along the 7400 block of Mount Vista road approximately 8:30 Monday morning.
 
The suspects removed numerous items from the home including an undisclosed amount of money.  Two male victims that were in the residence were tied up.  A family member eventually freed them after the two suspects fled.
 
Both suspects, only being identified as white males, fled the scene in an unknown direction.  One of the victims who was tied up was taken to a local hospital and treated with minor injuries.
 
Police are warning the public to be cautious when answering a door.  According to Baltimore County Police, all officers should have proper identification in addition to a badge.  If a resident has any doubt, they are advised to call 911.  They should not open the door, police say.
