HALETHORPE, Md. - Baltimore County Police say that the person who stabbed a 16-year-old girl Tuesday morning was her own brother.
Austin Taylor Davis, 24, stabbed his sister at 10:30 am Tuesday at a home on Twin Circle in Halethorpe. The teen told police that she was walking to a store when a man stabbed her.
Further police investigation found that Davis had accused his sister of stealing something from him and he stabbed her after a physical altercation. The girl suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Davis is being held on $35,000 bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. He is charged with first degree assault and drug possession.
