Baltimore County Police have charged a man they shot with armed robbery.
44-year-old Derek Alexander Roberts is facing several charged including armed robbery for a October 2nd incident.
Police say Roberts displayed a handgun and robbed the American Bullion Center earlier this month.
Roberts forced two employees to lay on the floor and tied their hands with zip ties, police say.
In a press release detailing the robbery, Baltimore County Police accuse Roberts and 42-year-old Richard Bruzdzinski, arrested and charged on October 8th, ran off with several items including jewelry and a phone.
In addition, Roberts is also facing assault charges for what police are calling "his actions toward detectives" on Friday morning.
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
