BALTIMORE - A 31-year-old Windsor Mill man was indicted Thursday in an abuse case at an adult care facility. Investigators say the man physically assaulted a 28-year-old male after an argument about cleaning a bedroom.

Solomon Oscar Ankrah (Ali Aminu) is charged with one felony and one misdemeanor count of abuse of a vulnerable adult. He is also charged with one felony and one misdemeanor count of assault.

Investigators say the 28-year-old victim suffered multiple injuries to his neck and face, including lacerations, bruising, hemorrhaging and extreme swelling to his left eye. They say he was also strangled to the level that resulted in a loss of consciousness.

The incident took place on October 22 in a Greenspring Valley Road facility operated by Living Sans Frontieres.

An arraignment date is pending.
