Homicide suspect found at local hospital

PARKVILLE, Md. (WMAR) - Baltimore County Police have made two arrests in the case of a man found shot to death inside his car.

Linwood Tymais Smith has been charged with first degree murder and armed robbery. He is currently being held without bail. DeAngelo Devonne Johnson was also arrested and charged with first degree murder and armed robbery. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no bail status.

On June 12, officers responded to Mopec Circle for a report of an unconscious person in a vehicle. Upon their arrival the found the body of Miguiel Anthony Bailey in the back seat of an Impala.

Bailey had been shot multiple times.

The initial investigation indicated that Smith shot Bailey during an attempted robbery at the same location. Smith had also been shot in the cheek during the incident.

Police found Smith at Good Samaritan Hospital where he had gone for treatment.
