BALTIMORE (WMAR) -

Baltimore County Police say a homeowner snapped a picture of a man who was trying to break into his house. Now police need your help to figure out who he is.

On January 2, at about 1:00 p.m., a resident in the 600 block of North Bend Road arrived home and found the suspect attempting to break into the front door of his home. The homeowner confronted the suspect, who fled on foot, but not before the homeowner took his picture.

The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 50-years-old, 5'8" tall and 220 pounds. The suspect was carrying a set of hedge trimmers or bolt cutters and a blue nylon bag.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police.
