TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) -

Baltimore County Police are continuing their investigation into the death of a Towson University student that was killed in a hit and run almost one year ago.

20-year-old Ryan Bailey was found lying on the sidewalk of York Road near Washington Avenue with fatal injuries on March 31, 2012. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The investigation has revealed that Bailey was walking northbound on York Road when witnesses say, a vehicle described as an older model silver or white boxy style car was traveling north in the same lane as Bailey.

The vehicle hit Bailey and pushed him toward the sidewalk.

Despite a nearly year long investigation, detectives have not been able to determine the identity of the driver who killed Ryan Bailey or locate the vehicle involved.

Anyone who has any information about this deadly hit and run is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
