BALTIMORE - Baltimore City Police have arrested and charged a man who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl.

According to their website, 48-year-old Douglas Hicks-Bey is the CEO of the B-Moor Youth Services in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Police say that Hicks-Bey was a youth mentor at the center.

Hicks-Bey is now facing charges including second degree rape and child abuse.

According to online court records, Hicks-Bey was released on bail.
