BALTIMORE - Baltimore City Police arrested a second person wanted for a downtown Baltimore beating caught on tape.
20-year-old Shayona Davis faces armed robbery and assault charges.
Investigators say Davis is on the video where an Arlington, Virginia man was beaten, robbed and stripped. The video drew national attention when it went viral on a national website.
20-year-old Aaron Parsons already faces charges related to this incident.
City police are still looking for two other suspects, related to the beating. 18-year-old Deangelo Carter and 21-year-old Shatia Baldwin are still wanted.
