Two shot, 1 dead in E. Baltimore shootings

BALTIMORE -  

Police are investigating two early morning shootings that left at least one man dead. 
 
Police were called to the 1100 block of Barclay Street just before 5 a.m.  Saturday for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived they found a white male laying in the street who had been shot several times in the upper body. The man was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he died at 7:26 a.m. Police have not released the victim’s name. 
 
City police are also investigating a shooting in the 300 block of E. 23rd Street that happened around 7:30 a.m. There is no word on the victim’s condition,  but police report that homicide detectives were on the scene.
