BALTIMORE - They are simple question; some are obvious, but experts believe the following test is a useful tool to assess the level of danger a domestic violence victim faces.

Baltimore's lethality test is a version of the original developed by  Jacquelyn C. Campbell, PhD, RN, FAAN at Johns Hopkins University.

This test or a version of it is used in police departments all around the state and country.
