Baltimore - A former security guard has been charged with impersonating a police officer.
Police raided the home of 24-year-old Darrell Lyles Thursday morning. They found guns, badges, ID cards, bulletproof vests, and police lights that he had installed on a Crown Victoria.
Lyles also installed a laptop computer on the center console of the vehicle, similar to police cruisers carry.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what the former security guard may have done with all the equipment.
