BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Baltimore City Police say they need your help identifying the person they believe fled the scene after hitting, killing a man with their car.
Last month, a man was hit by a 4-door Mazda in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue and transported to an area hospital where he died.
