BALTIMORE - Baltimore City Police are investigating two Saturday shootings that left a man dead and another in the hospital.
Police said around 1:30 Saturday officers called to the 1300 block of Laurens Street in West Baltimore found a 22-year-old man man shot several times in the head and torso. The man, identified as James Johnson, was taken to an area hospital for treatment. He died a short time later.
Police have no motives or suspects in the case.
Another man was shot Saturday night around 10:20 in East Baltimore, police said. The 33-year-old victim shot in the 300 block of North Avenue is expected to survive.
