Police investigate murder in Windsor Hills neighborhood

BALTIMORE - Baltimore City Police are investigating a murder Thursday morning in Windsor Hills.
Johnny Oscar McFadden, 62, was found shot in the 2900-block of Haverford Road just before 11 a.m.
Police say he died at the scene, but were not able to provide any additional information.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
