BALTIMORE - Baltimore City Police were on the scene after a person was found shot Thursday evening.
According to police, officers and paramedics were dispatched to the 700 block of East 21st Street at 5:58 p.m. for a person suffering from gunshot wounds.
An adult male victim was taken to an area hospital after being found with gunshot wounds to his chest and back, police said.
The victim's condition was not immediately available.
This shooting occurred near a fatal double shooting that happened earlier Thursday afternoon in the 2000 block of Kennedy Avenue.
