BALTIMORE -
Baltimore City police identified a woman stabbed to death during an argument late Friday night.
Police said Melissa Davis, 48, died after being stabbed by Darren Ruffin during an argument in the 300 block of E. North Avenue around midnight.
Ruffin was arrested and charged on several counts of murder and assault.
