Police identify body found in harbor

BALTIMORE -  

Baltimore City homicide detectives have identified the body of a man found floating in the Inner Harbor Sunday morning.
 
Police said Benjamin Bell's body was pulled from the harbor around 400 E. Pratt St.  just after 9:00 a.m. Sunday. Bell's mother reported him missing on December 19. 
 
The cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner's office.
