BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Police say a man was killed following a shooting in the 300 block of East 23rd Street Saturday morning.
Baltimore City Police found the victim inside a car in the rear of the address. Detectives say the victim suffered gun shot wounds to his head and torso.
The victim is described as a 33-year-old black man, but police will not identify him until next of kin is notified.
