BALTIMORE - A man was shot this morning after police say he tried to rob a store in North Baltimore Wednesday night.
Police were called to Parkdale Avenue near Druid Park Drive at around 8:40 p.m.
The clerk told police a man armed with a gun rushed the counter and demanded money. The clerk then pulled out his own gun and shot him.
Police later caught up with the man, identified as 42-year-old William Bryson, at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
Police say Bryson is facing several charges.
