BALTIMORE, Md. - Police pursuit started in Pennsylvania and ended at North Charles and Cold Spring Lane because of congested traffic.  

Initially,  Pennsylvania State Police started the chase in Shrewsbury from a report of a stolen vehicle. The chase continued down I-83 onto I-695. 

The chase ended at in Roland Park on Charles St. when two suspects ditched the vehicle in traffic and fled on foot. 

The chase involved 31 police cars from Baltimore City and County, as well as Maryland and Pennsylvania State police. In the end, it was MD and PA State Police who caught the both suspects.

One suspect, identified by police as a 17-year-old male, was the driver. The passenger was a 14-year-old female.  Both suspects were being transported back to Pennsylvania, where they have been charged.
