BALTIMORE - Anastacia Oluoch, the woman accused in the abuse of a 90-year-old Baltimore man, has pled guilty.

Oluoch pleaded guilty today to three counts of the abuse of a vulnerable adult and received a six-year sentence for her crimes.

A brutal attack between Oluoch and the victim, John Taylor, was caught on tape by his daughter, Jaki.  In 2007 after Oluoch was charged, the now 59-year-old fled the United States and ended up in Kenya.  In 2012, with the help of federal authorities, Baltimore Police extradited Oluoch back the U.S. so she could stand trial.

Baltimore State's Attorney Gregg Bernstein says, "The fact that we were able to bring her back and achieve such a substantial sentence I believe sends a very clear message about the seriousness with which we treat these cases and how aggressively we intend to prosecute them."

Jaki Taylor tells ABC2 she's satisfied with the sentence Oluoch has received, saying, "It probably will feel like more to her sitting in that cell every day.  I just pray that every time she closes her eyes she thinks of my dad, that it's a constant reminder.  She will live with this for life."

Oluoch was supposed to take a plea deal during a court date back in December 2012, but attorneys say she backed out at the last minute.  That deal would have resulted in less jail time.
