BALTIMORE -
On Thursday, the man police say admitted to shooting a football player at Morgan State University will appear before a judge.
Keith Robertson, 20, is scheduled to have his arraignment hearing on Thursday.
He is facing a handful of charges, including attempted first degree murder and assault.
The shooting happened on campus at the end of 2012.
Investigators believe the incident was a targeted attack stemming from a prior dispute.
The football player survived the shooting.
