BALTIMORE - On Wednesday a jury trial for Kenisha Thomas is scheduled in Downtown Baltimore.  It all happened in the 3000 Block of East Biddle Street in Baltimore.

Rescue crews brought an 8-month-old girl out of a social services building on a stretcher.  The building is used for meetings regarding child custody and foster parenting issues.

Police say the girl's mother managed to get a large kitchen knife inside and stabbed her baby girl as they were meeting with a social worker.

Court proceedings start at 9:30am on Wednesday at Courthouse East on Calvert Street in Downtown Baltimore.
