BALTIMORE (WMAR) - A 27-year-old man is in critical condition following a shooting in Baltimore's Waverly community.
Baltimore City Police responded to the 3600 block of Old York Road around 4:00 p.m. Friday evening.
The victim was shot in the head remains in the hospital while detectives work to identify a motive and suspect.
Police in West Baltimore are also busy investigating a Friday night shooting in the 1600 block of Mosher Street and North Mount Street.
An 18-year-old man was shot several times in his torso, police say. The victim is expected to survive.
Detectives do not have a suspect, and ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2477.
