BALTIMORE - A man was shot and killed in Baltimore's Northwestern district Thursday afternoon, according to Baltimore City police spokesman Jeremy Silbert.
Police found an adult male -- no further description -- who had been shot in the head.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, according to a release.
"Homicide detectives were called to the scene and are continuing to investigate this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 410-396-2100," Silbert wrote in a release.
