BALTIMORE - A twenty-two year old man who was shot in the face walked into city emergency room Saturday night, police said.
Baltimore City police initially believed the man was shot on West Fayette Street around 10:17 p.m. Further investigation found he was shot in the cheek in the 2000 block of West Lexington Street.
The victim is in serious but stable condition, police said.
Police have no motives or suspects.
