Police searching for black Mazda

A man is dead in northeast Baltimore and police are looking for the hit-and-run driver that left him bloodied and hurt Saturday morning.
 
Police said they are looking for a black 4-door Mazda that hit a man around 1:48 a.m. in the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue. The car did not stay at the scene of the crash. Police said the man was taken to Bayview Hospital where he died at 2:16 a.m. 
 
The Accident Investigation Unit and homicide detectives are searching for a black Mazda sedan with a partial Maryland tag of 5189 or 5183. The car was last seen driving north on Frankford Avenue. Police said it could have damage to the front or rear.
