BALTIMORE (WMAR) - Baltimore City police continue investigating a shooting that left one man dead Sunday morning.
Police say they responded to the 600 block of Belnord Avenue after reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 28-year-old man lying face down on the ground and suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to Sergeant Anthony Smith, spokesperson for the Baltimore City Police Department, the motive is believed to be an argument.
The suspects are only being identified as two black males driving a gray station wagon with tinted windows.
Police say they are waiting on a positive identification on the victim before releasing his name.
Anyone with information is urged to notify homicide detectives by calling 410-396-2100.
