BALTIMORE -  

Baltimore City Police arrested a man in connection to a deadly triple shooting in January, police said.

Police charged 26-year-old Ricky Horton of Edgemere Ave., with murder, assault and weapons charges related to a shooting that hurt two people and killed one in the early hours of January 13.

Police said officers were called to the Ras-a-ter  International Restaurant and Club in the 2100 block of W. North Ave for a report of a shooting around 5:30 a.m.  When officers arrived they found three people shot outside of the club.

An investigation found that two men leaving the club were shot. One of the men died. Police said a woman found shot nearby was related to the two shootings.
