BALTIMORE (WMAR) - A 20-year-old man is charged with attempted first degree murder following a shooting at Morgan State University on Friday.
Baltimore City Police say Keith Robertson of the 4900 block of G Street in Washington, DC offered a confession.
Robertson is facing attempted first degree murder, assault, and handgun-related charges.
An investigation has led police to believe that "the shooting was not random, but rather a targeted attack stemming from a prior dispute."
