BALTIMORE -
A fifty-five-year-old man died Sunday morning after being stabbed in the neck police said.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of Washington Street and Monument Street for a report of a stabbing around 1:30 Sunday morning. When officers arrived they found a man, later identified as James Floyd Vincent, being treated by a medic for a stab wound to the neck.
Vincent was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he died a short time later.
Witnesses said Vincent was seen running in the 2000 block of Monument Street when he collapsed and was bleeding from his neck.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
