BALTIMORE - A woman found shot the head on an East Baltimore street Friday night has died police said.
The victim, identified only as Jane Doe, was found around 7 p.m. in the 300 block of E. 26 th St. She was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, but died just after 8:30 p.m.
Police said a black man wearing a red jacket and a white hat was seen running south on Guilford Avenue after the shooting.
Police are investigating.
