BALTIMORE - A Saturday night food delivery took a frightening turn when the delivery man was shot in northeast Baltimore.
Police said officers were called to the 2800 block of Clifton Park Terrace around 10:45 p.m. for report of a shooting. When they got there they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot in the upper back. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A preliminary investigation found that the victim was driving on the 2800 block of Clifton Park Terrace to deliver a food order when three men approached his car. One of the men pulled a gun and started shooting at the passenger side of the car. The delivery man was able to drive away, but not before being shot and hitting several parked cars. He made it to Belair Road where he called for help.
Police have no information on a motive or suspects. Police ask anyone with information to call at 410-396-2444.
