Baltimore - Two 10-year-old  boys charged in connection with the the beating death of a puppy on a golf course in Southwest Baltimore were found responsible for the crime.

A third suspect, identified by witness testimony, has also been arrested.

Police say the boys, whose names were withheld, beat the puppy with belts and sticks at the Carroll Park Municipal Golf Course earlier this year.
