BALTIMORE, Md. - Baltimore police are asking the public for information about an elderly man, who has been missing from his home in North Baltimore since Thursday morning.
Police identified the missing person as Joseph Price, who has not been seen since leaving his home at 3702 Gwynn Oak Avenue. The 78-year-old Price, who was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and gray sweat pants, suffers from Bi-polar disorder.
Police have asked anyone coming in contact with Price to call 911.
