BALTIMORE (WMAR) - A 27-year-old is dead after being shot several times in Northwest Baltimore.
According to Baltimore City Police, the shooting happened in the 4000 block of Norfolk Avenue around 4:00 p.m.
The victim was rushed to an area hospital where he later died of his injuries. His name is being withheld until family members or next of kin is notified.
Detectives are working to determine who shot the 27-year-old and why.
