2 arrested in fight near the Soundstage

BALTIMORE (WMAR) -  

Baltimore City Police have arrested two men in connection with a cutting that happened early Friday morning. 
 
Officers responded to the 100 block of Market Place just before 2:00 a.m. after a patrol officer was flagged down in the area. 
 
The officer that was flagged down was told by a concerned citizens that there was a large fight on the corner of Market Place and Lombard Street. 
 
The group began to disperse and it was found that two men had suffered lacerations. 
 
One of the victims had a cut to his back and wrist, while a second had a laceration on his elbows. Both were taken to an area hospital for treatment. 
 
Officers placed two suspects under arrest at the scene, Lucas Baumeister, 27, and James Forbes, 30. 
 
There is no word on charges or what caused the fight.
