19-year-old charged in murder

BALTIMORE (WMAR) -  

Baltimore City Police have arrested and charged a 19-year-old with the murder of Terrence Seale. 
 
Police charged Tavon Barnett with first and second degree murder in connection to the death. 
 
The investigation revealed that Barnett and Seale were together in an apartment in the 1200 block of Linworth Street. After a dispute, Barnett allegedly shot Seale multiple times, killing him. He then fled the area on foot. 
 
With the help of the community, detectives were led to Barnett and he was positively identified as the gunman in this case. 
 
Barnett is also facing assault and gun charges.
