ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) - Police have arrested and charged two men for stealing from unlocked vehicles in downtown Annapolis.
Police say they received a tip from a witness early Sunday morning that lead them to the two men.
Anthony Grecco, 22, was charged with three counts of theft less than $1,000 and three counts of rogue and vagabond. Samuel Kalashian, 22, was charged with theft of less than $1,000, rogue and vagabond and destruction of property.
Witnesses told police that they saw someone breaking into cars at about 4:45 a.m. Sunday in the unit block of Franklin Street. Police say Greco and Kalashian matched the descriptions of the suspects and they were arrested nearby.
Both men were said to have stolen property from an unlocked car in the area.
