Police search for bank robbery suspect

SEVERNA PARK, Md. -  

Anne Arundel County Police released photos of a man wanted in connection to a Severna Park bank robbery.

The robbery happened on February 22 just before 3 p.m. at the Capital One Bank in the 500 block of Ritchie Highway. Police said the man entered the bank, displayed a note and demanded money. Bank employees turned over an undisclosed amount of currency to the man who then fled the bank.

This suspect is described as a black male in his 40’s, approximately 6’0” with a heavy build, wearing a gray leather coat, a charcoal gray scarf and a light-colored Kangol hat with a pattern on it.
