ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) -
The Annapolis Police Department were able to identify and charge a suspect in several indecent exposures after asking citizens to keep a lookout for a suspicious vehicle linked to several cases.
According to Annapolis Police, 29-year-old Miguel Avelar Medina of Annapolis was charged with three counts of second degree assault, three counts of indecent exposure, and three counts fourth degree sex offense. Detectives from Annapolis Police Department were assisted by Montgomery County police officers in serving the two arrest warrants on Avelar Medina in the 11100 block of Viers Mill Rd in Wheaton.
