ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) - The Maryland man, who was at the center of a missing persons case in Aruba, faces indecent exposure charges in Annapolis.

Gary Giordano drew national attention in 2011, after the woman he vacationed with in Aruba disappeared.  Robyn Gardner was never found.  However, Giordano, 51, spent time in an Aruban prison suspected in her kidnapping.  He was never charged and eventually released.

Annapolis police say Friday night, someone reported a couple having sex inside a black SUV, parked in the Noah Hillman parking garage.

When officers arrived, they say Giordano & 45-year-old Carol Ann Bock were naked in the cargo area of the black Cadillac Escalade partially covered by blanket.

Police say they were laying on a single mattress and quickly tried to cover up once officers knocked on the window.

Both were charged with indecent exposure.
