PD looking for clues in Popeye's robbery

LAUREL, Md. (WMAR) – Officers with the Anne Arundel County Police Department are investigating a robbery that happened at the Popeye’s on the 3300 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road.
According to a release provided by the police department, officers responded to reports of the robbery at about 11:53 p.m. They were told by employees that two men entered the business and left with an unknown amount of cash.
Investigators say a K-9 unit and helicopter were utilized in a search of the area, but there were no results.
